A little more about me

Compassionate and Student Centered

I I’m a lifelong learner who is deeply committed to equity and access in education. For more than [insert years if you’d like], I’ve worked alongside students, families, and educators as an assessor, consultant, and coach, helping to bridge the gap between home and school so every learner can thrive.

My journey in education has taken me through many roles — Special Education Administrator, School Psychologist, Teacher (General, Special Education, and Gifted), Educational Therapist, and Parent of gifted/2e children. Each experience has strengthened my belief that collaboration, communication, and compassion are at the heart of student success.

I see myself as a translator between families and schools — someone who helps all voices be heard and understood. Today’s educators and parents face complex challenges, and I am here to help navigate them with empathy and clarity.

My work focuses on students who don’t always fit the image of a “typical learner.” I specialize in:

  • Understanding individual learning profiles and needs

  • Empowering parents and students to self-advocate

  • Helping schools become true partners in each child’s growth

Whether leading multidisciplinary teams, coaching families, or consulting with educators, I believe that everyone brings valuable insight to the table. Together, we can create pathways where every student’s potential is seen, supported, and celebrated.
